Turnaround Time

Also known as tat, turn around time

किसी काम (जैसे कि कोई सपोर्ट टिकट, मरम्मत या ऑर्डर) के मिलने से लेकर उसे पूरा करने में लगने वाला कुल समय।

Example

नया फीचर लाने से ज्यादा ग्राहकों को तब खुशी होती है जब हम सपोर्ट TAT को 48 घंटों से घटाकर 6 घंटे कर देते हैं।

ग्राहक द्वारा ऑर्डर देने के बाद होने वाली सभी प्रक्रियाएँ: जैसे सामान को चुनना, उसे पैक करना, भेजना और वापसी (returns) को संभालना।
Lead Time
ऑर्डर देने से लेकर उसे प्राप्त करने तक लगने वाला समय। यदि Lead Time ज्यादा होता है, तो आपको ज्यादा स्टॉक जमा करके रखना पड़ता है।
SLA
