Lead Time

ऑर्डर देने से लेकर उसे प्राप्त करने तक लगने वाला समय। यदि Lead Time ज्यादा होता है, तो आपको ज्यादा स्टॉक जमा करके रखना पड़ता है।

Example

यदि आपके सप्लायर का lead time 45 दिन है, तो आपको नवंबर का स्टॉक सितंबर में ही ऑर्डर करना होगा।
