Moat

Also known as competitive moat, defensibility

A lasting advantage that makes it hard for competitors to copy or beat you — like a strong brand, network effects, or unique technology.

Example

WhatsApp's moat is that everyone you know is already on it (a network effect).

How much your users bring in new users by themselves. A K-factor above 1 means each user brings more than one new user — organic, self-fuelling growth.
Product-Market Fit
The point where you have built something a specific market really wants — shown by strong retention and users who would be upset if it disappeared.
