Bridge Round

Also known as bridge round, bridge financing, down round

अगले बड़े लक्ष्य तक पहुँचने के लिए कुछ अतिरिक्त समय (runway) पाने हेतु ली जाने वाली एक छोटी और तेज़ फंडिंग। यदि यह फंडिंग पिछले निवेश से कम मूल्यांकन (valuation) पर होती है, तो इसे "down round" कहा जाता है।
